What's included

• The whole apartment for up to 4 guests.
• Bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi.
• Final cleaning, already included in the calculated total.
• Minimum stay: 2 nights.
• Parking in the building on request: €25 per day, not included.
• City of Bologna tourist tax: not included (see below).

How payment works

The total is paid in full at the time of booking, by bank transfer or PayPal (with PayPal you can also pay by credit or debit card, without a PayPal account). The booking is confirmed once payment is received. If you cancel, you receive the refund set out in the cancellation policy below, to the same payment method.

Cancellation

• Up to 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
• 29 to 14 days before: 50% refund.
• Less than 14 days before, or no-show: no refund.

Tourist tax

The City of Bologna tourist tax is paid separately, per person per night. The rates in force from 1 January to 31 December 2026 depend on the price per person per night, net of VAT and extra services:
